Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic ECA Coordinator to plan, organize and manage extra-curricular activities while providing high-quality dance instruction. The ideal candidate will promote students’ holistic development through sports, performing arts and creative programs, fostering teamwork, leadership and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and coordinate extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, including sports, clubs, dance, and performing arts
Design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate dance lessons for students
Oversee student participation in inter-house and inter-school events, competitions, and performances
Maintain schedules, activity records, participation lists, and reports for all ECA programs
Ensure student safety, discipline and active participation during all activities
Collaborate with teachers, coordinators and school leadership to enhance ECA and performing arts programs
Communicate effectively with students, parents and school administration regarding activities and student progress
Promote teamwork, creativity, leadership and holistic development among students
Uphold the school’s values, policies and professional ethics at all times

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Physical Education, Sports Science, Dance, or a related field
Relevant experience in school sports, ECA coordination, and dance instruction
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for student development and holistic education
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
