Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated ECA Coordinator to oversee and manage extracurricular activities across multiple sectors and instructors for Dance, Music, Special Education, and Sports (Basketball/Football). The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and delivering these diverse programs, ensuring students' holistic development through creative, physical, and inclusive activities. The ECA Coordinator will also collaborate with teachers, coaches, and special education staff to create an engaging, supportive, and enriching experience for all students.

  • Coordinate and oversee extracurricular activities (ECA) across Dance, Music, Special Education, and Sports (Basketball/Football) programs.
  • Lead and support sports teams by coaching, organizing practices, matches, and events.
  • Organize dance and music programs, ensuring students have opportunities to develop and showcase their talents.
  • Support special education students in their participation in ECA programs, adapting activities to meet individual needs.
  • Manage schedules, events, and resources for each program, ensuring they align with the school’s overall vision.
  • Track student participation, performance, and progress across all activities, providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Work closely with teachers, coaches, and special education staff to promote inclusion and teamwork in all ECA programs.
