Roles and responsibilities of this job

The ECA/CCA Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all extra-curricular activities at Imperial World School. This role aims to enhance students' holistic development by providing diverse opportunities beyond the academic curriculum, aligning with IWS's commitment to nurturing a global mindset and fostering the '5 Cs': Communication, Creativity, Confidence, Collaboration, and Critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive ECA/CCA that includes activities such as music, dance, art and craft, sports (e.g., football, volleyball, basketball, badminton), eco-club initiatives,and other academic activities.
Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage the ECA/CCA schedule, ensuring a balanced distribution of activities throughout the academic year.
Resource Management: Coordinate with internal and external resources, including instructors and coaches, to facilitate various activities.
Student Engagement: Encourage student participation in ECA/CCA ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all students.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the school's safety policies and procedures, maintaining a secure environment for students.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee school events related to ECA/CCA such as competitions, exhibitions, and performances.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of ECA/CCA programs and make necessary adjustments to meet students' interests and developmental needs.

Education: Master's degree in relevant sector or MBA.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating extra-curricular activities and co-curricular activities or related roles, preferably within an educational setting.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and external partners.
