Student Service Officer

The Student Service Officer is responsible for managing enrolled students, ensuring smooth daily operations of the Student Services area, coordinating academic activities, and supporting students throughout their learning and counselling journey. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality service delivery, efficient test operations, and a positive student experience at AIP Education.

Student Management & Support

• Manage all enrolled student leads and ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and support.
• Maintain daily student flow, attendance, and engagement in classes.
• Provide frontline assistance for student queries related to classes, counselling, exams, and schedules.

Academic Coordination

• Coordinate with Instructors regarding class progress, student performance, and academic needs.
• Communicate with Counselors about student readiness, progress, and next steps.
• Organise and manage Mock Tests, speaking schedules, and result dissemination.

Operational & System Management

• Ensure all CRM systems and student records are updated and accurate.
• Monitor class schedules, maintain class rosters, and track test bookings.
• Oversee the readiness of classrooms, labs, and test venues, ensuring they are clean, equipped, and up to date for use.

Test Operations

• Assist with the smooth operation of IELTS/PTE mock tests at the centre.
• Handle logistics such as registration, student guidance, and coordination with the test team.
• Ensure timely communication of test timings, guidelines, and speaking slots.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily and weekly updates on student movement, mock numbers, and service feedback.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and operational checklists for quality control.
• Escalate issues to management as needed and support centre operations.
