Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce & Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, a deep understanding of both eCommerce and retail markets, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies and effective marketing. This individual will manage the expansion of our skincare brand both on online platforms like Daraz and other eCommerce sites, as well as in physical retail locations. In this role, you will also collaborate with multiple teams, manage budgets, track KPIs and ROI, and drive sales growth.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share across both online and retail channels.
  • Lead the expansion and optimization of our presence on multi-vendor platforms (e.g., Daraz, other e-commerce platforms).
  • Ensure strong product listings, pricing, and drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow brand presence in retail stores and through sub distribution channels. Work closely with retail partners, distributors, and internal teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Undertake brand reputation projects and define brand positioning.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns across platforms. 
  • Focus on brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion on digital platforms. 
  • Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams to boost brand presence.
  • Design brand communication strategies, ensuring the right media channels are used to establish budgets, estimates, and performance indicators.
  • Measure campaign ROI Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess brand performance, and prepare detailed reports to track progress and inform decisions.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
