Job Description

Build up Nepal is looking for a talented Draftsperson / Civil Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D/SketchUp, and structural analysis for both Load-Bearing and RCC structures. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of projects from design to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Create precise AutoCAD 2D architectural and structural drawings.
Develop detailed 3D models using AutoCAD 3D or SketchUp for visualization and design enhancement.
Conduct structural analyses for Load-Bearing and RCC structures, ensuring safety and compliance.
Utilize structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or equivalent.
Prepare comprehensive structural analysis reports.
Generate detailed construction drawings and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and design issues.
Ensure all designs comply with Nepal Building Codes and Guidelines.
Support site supervision and construction coordination tasks as needed.
