Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Draftsman for Soaltee Westend Resort, Nagarkot, to support architectural and interior design works for an ongoing hospitality project. The ideal candidate should possess 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, with strong technical expertise in drafting and coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, while working knowledge of Revit will be considered an added advantage. Prior exposure to hospitality or large-scale building projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural, interior, and detailed working drawings in line with design intent and project requirements
Produce coordination drawings in collaboration with structural, MEP, and other consultants
Update drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and consultant inputs
Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and construction documentation
Coordinate closely with consultants, site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Maintain proper drawing documentation, version control, and records
