About the job

We are seeking a .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications to specified designs and standards using .NET/.NET Core. You will play a critical role in implementing modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP, as well as developing front-end interfaces with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery.

The ideal candidate should have international exposure and a background of working in a Tech Company. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they will adeptly translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Furthermore, we value a candidate who is a quick learner and willing to adapt to various technology stacks as required

Job Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs and standards using .NET/.NET Core.
Develop and implement modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
Write and execute unit tests.
Implement front-end interfaces and experiences with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, stability, and scalability.
Coding in ASP .NET with C#/Razor syntax, MVC, and Entity Framework.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Mentor team members, sharing your expertise and ensuring the successful execution of cloud solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years full-time work experience in .NET technologies.
Strong ability to build RESTful services in C# with .NET 6/.NET Core.
Sound knowledge of .NET Framework & .NET Core.
Ability to write APIs including Restful APIs.
Good skills in XML/JSON web services.
Knowledge of database operations with SQL Server, T-SQL, and Stored procedures.
Ability to code with HTML5, CSS3 & jQuery.
Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts.
Experience working with MongoDB/ AWS Document DB is a plus.
Familiar with various designs and architectural patterns.
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
Proficient in implementing unit tests using unit test frameworks like NUnit or XUnit.
Proficient understanding of code versioning using GIT/Bitbucket.
Experience working with AWS Services would be a plus.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies within the Cloud ecosystem, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice to Have

Understanding of complementary cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with modern software development practices such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, ClickUp, and CI/CD.
Experience working on JavaScript frameworks.
