We are currently seeking a mid-level Documentation Officer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of documentation processes. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain recruitment documentation in compliance with DOFE policies, labor approval procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review, and organize confidential candidate and recruitment-related documents with accuracy and discretion.
Verify candidate information and documents, identifying missing information, errors, or discrepancies and ensuring timely corrections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and filing systems in both physical and digital formats.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure all required documentation is complete and processed on time.
Assist in the onboarding process by collecting and processing necessary employee documentation.
Support the Senior Documentation Officer with day-to-day documentation, verification, and processing activities.
Assist in improving documentation procedures and maintaining best practices.
Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite to manage documents and improve workflow efficiency.
Ensure all sensitive information and documents are handled securely and confidentially.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment or office software is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, responsible, and hardworking.
Prior experience in a Nepalese manpower/recruitment agency will be highly preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in Nepalese Recruitment Agencies (Manpower) in documentation.
Thorough familiarity with DOFE policies and labor approval processes is essential.
Proven ability to handle highly confidential documents with care and discretion.
Must be enthusiastic, trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
