Job Responsibilities

  • As a Documentation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the student visa processing journey by:
  • Preparing and reviewing student documentation required for visa applications to ensure compliance with embassy guidelines.
  • Advising students on documentation requirements, timelines, and processes for their chosen destinations.
  • Verifying and cross-checking all submitted documents to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Assisting students in drafting and organizing supporting documents such as SOPs, resumes, and financial statements.
  • Coordinating with admission teams, visa counselors, and external agencies for smooth document submission.
  • Maintaining detailed records of student files and ensuring proper documentation storage.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changing visa requirements and documentation processes for various study destinations.

Requirements

  • We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the educational consulting field, preferably as a GTE/GS Officer.
  • A strong understanding of visa documentation processes and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with students, parents, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic file management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
