Job Overview:

Our client, a leading manpower company based in Mid-Baneshwor, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of documentation related to manpower services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for processing, including contracts, agreements, and other legal papers.
  • Ensure all documents comply with the relevant regulations and standards set by government and international agencies.
  • Manage visa processing, passport applications, and other overseas employment-related documents.
  • Maintain a filing system for easy access to records and reports.
  • Coordinate with embassies, labour departments, and clients for necessary approvals.
  • Assist in the submission of documents to relevant authorities and follow up on their progress.
  • Communicate with candidates and clients regarding required documents and paperwork.
  • Ensure timely processing of documentation to meet deadlines.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain data security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation handling, preferably in a manpower or recruitment agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database management.
  • Knowledge of visa and work permit processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
