Our client, a leading overseas manpower agency based in Samakhushi, Kathmandu, seeks a skilled Documentation Officer to join their dynamic team. This organization is renowned for providing exceptional manpower solutions to various international clients and is committed to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Position Summary:

The Documentation Officer will manage all document preparation, handling, and processing for overseas employment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) website and a strong understanding of compliance requirements and documentation standards in the overseas manpower sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for overseas employment processing.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with the standards and requirements set by the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE).
  • Use the DOFE website to process, submit, and track necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, candidates, and relevant authorities to facilitate the documentation process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all processed documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation audits.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in other tasks as required by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Documentation Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the overseas manpower sector.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in using the DOFE website.
  • Strong understanding of DOFE regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
