Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Monitor the progress of documents and ensure timely delivery.
Manage clients’ files and records.
Coordinate with other departments for document requirements.
Respond to queries related to documents and provide guidance to clients.
Maintain a database of all documents.
Assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
Regular data entry into the software system.
Responsible for the security of the documents, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Ability to work in pressure
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Fluent communication skills both in English and Nepali language
Prior experience in the requirement agency background is highly preferred
Should have good communication skills
Should have great skills in Adobe Photoshop, Ms-Excel and Ms-Office and scanning
Should possess interpersonal and excellent English writing skills
Time management and ability to work in a team environment
Responsible and trustworthy
Should have knowledge of preparation of legal documents (If needed) and have also the Nepali typing skills
Should have better knowledge of using 'Dofe' and 'Femis'
