  • Responsible for providing complete documentation support to the organization by maintaining and bridging communication with concerned recruitment team (Head Office & Branch Office)
  • Ensuring full circle of deployment process, while getting in touch with recruitment, medical, ticketing and immigration department
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet
  • Must be able to use/operate standard office equipment, such as modern phone systems, copy/scan machines, data storage/share drives etc.
  • At least +2 Graduate & 2 year proven experience in any Recruitment Agency and similar job 
  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow

Job Description

  • Creating & presenting reports and memos for clients, managers and management as needed
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for team, clients, managers and management
  • Responsible for office clerical duties and to maintain office correspondence
  • Liable to draft documents, filing and data entry, compiling documents and sharing/storing as per instruction
  • Have proper coordination with documentation team, recruitment team, medical team, training team, labor/immigration team and branch office concerns to complete the projects in timely manner.
  • Check & verify documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity before bring into use
  • Be responsible for proper storage of the documents/data, cataloging and retrieving as required
  • Be responsible for the document/data security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents under proper guidelines
  • Should be Professionally SMART, Charming/Good Looking personality, Pro-active and physically & mentally Fit for duty
