Upkeep the documents and records of the applicants.
Update the record of the required balance documents.
Scanning the documents and preparing the database and reporting to the concerned. department.
Preparing candidate’s bio-data as per requirement.
Preparing documents for dispatch.
Send the entire prepared document to the administration department for visa processing.
Once the document has been forwarded to Admin make a company file that includes. Passport copy, medical report, application form then handover to deployment section upon visa received.
Receiving the calling visa details from the Admin department.
Maintaining the passports till the receipt of the calling visa.
