Job Description

  • Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows between different DMS systems
  • Handle users’ support requests and ensure a timely and efficient service
  • Assist in the monthly and yearly closing process to ensure a smooth running of operations
  • Generate and update DMS technical and business documentations
  • Assist in customization of DMS applications to satisfy business needs
  • Stay abreast with the latest development and best practices in the field of the IT and implement the newest techniques
  • Assist with testing new releases of DMS systems prior to   use in a production environment
  • Work with DMS systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
  • Thoroughly understand DMS security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the Dealers
  • Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
  • Provide required training to user related to DMS
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations
  • Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision, and mission of Agni Group
  • Daily reporting to HOD of Information Technology
  • Other duty as assign
