Job Description

The Division Manager – Kitchen Appliances is responsible for leading the division’s operational, strategic, and commercial activities. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient production and distribution, driving product innovation, and achieving business growth in the kitchen appliances sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight

  • Manage daily operations across the division to ensure efficiency in production and distribution.
  • Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

2. Product Development

  • Collaborate with R&D and design teams to develop innovative kitchen appliances that meet quality standards and market demands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate customer feedback into product improvements.

3. Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to increase market share.

4. Financial Management

  • Develop and manage division budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure profitability through cost control and by analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities.

6. Strategic Planning

  • Define long-term growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, innovation, and business partnerships.

7. Project Management

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

8. Stakeholder & Vendor Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and business partners.
  • Negotiate terms and manage vendor performance to support strategic goals.
