Women’s Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC) is a national level NGO working for women's human rights and to ensure women empowerment with feminist value through protection and promotion of human rights and social justice focusing on campaigns- against violence against women, and women's economic, social and cultural rights nation-wide. We currently work in 19 districts with district offices in Morang, Sunsari, Udayapur, Siraha, Dhanusha, Dang, Kailali, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rukum, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi and, Surkhet with Central Office in Lalitpur. WOREC is currently looking for candidates to fulfill the following positions:

District Coordinator

Location: Siraha Based

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible to oversee overall management of the District Office
  • Implementation of program activities, managerial and financial procedures
  • Regular monitoring and supervision, district bank account, support technical implementation as required
  • Liaison with government counterparts and other stakeholders at district level
  • Work closely with the Head Office to assure technical and operational management and quality control

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with at least three year experience in similar role
