  • At least three years of working experience in NGOs especially the humanitarian recovery context.
  • Demonstrated experience of dealing with multiple partners, beneficiaries and stakeholders and the ability to manage project activities.

  • Target oriented, proactive and flexible approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Work in close coordination with team members.
  • Competent IT skills, including MSWord, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint

Job Description

  • Overall responsible of the implementation of the project activities mentioned in the project at district level
  • Devise Implementation plan at district level
  • Initiate the process of review of programme plans as becomes necessary in order to track the program performance in line with the agreed outputs with the donors
  • Monitor the program operations carried out in the district both from quantitative and qualitative perspectives to ensure accomplishment of the objectives of the program plan
  • Supervise and motivate support staff to implement the project effectively and efficiently
  • Prepare and Submit monthly/quarterly/annual and final progress report to Project coordinator about the district level activities
  • Prepare and submit proper case documentation from respective VDCs.
  • Draft midterm monitoring report
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly financial and program reports from district office
  • Take self-initiative and manage the district level project activities in line with the terms and conditions agreed with the donor agency.
  • Prepare financial reports of the project at district level
  • Maintain financial records of all accounts related to districts level activities.
  • Carry out documentation of program related papers at district level 
  • Help in logical arrangement to project team for meetings, workshops , trainings and other relevant works under project
  • Handle each and every incoming and outgoing letters and Maintain proper record of them.
  • Coordination and liaison between partners, government, private sectors and other civil society organizations.

Duration: 1 year

Salary: As per the rules of the organization.
