Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the dispatch of cement as per daily delivery schedules.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of vehicles in coordination with the sales team, warehouse, and plant team.
Maintain dispatch records, challans, invoices, and transport documents accurately.
Coordinate with the logistics/transport department for vehicle arrangement and timely delivery.
Verify delivery notes and ensure the right quantity and product are dispatched.
Track dispatched vehicles and provide updates to customers and sales teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements during dispatch.
Handle customer queries related to dispatch and resolve delivery issues in coordination with concerned departments.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dispatch reports and share with management.
