Job Description

We are a tech scale-up on an exciting journey, and we are looking for a senior leader to shape and strengthen our people strategy. As Director of People & Culture, you’ll sit at the leadership table, partnering with executives and senior leaders to ensure our culture, talent, and leadership fuel the business.

This is a unique opportunity to make a direct business impact as part of a growing tech scale-up. You’ll contribute as a regional management team leader, influence strategy at scale, and join a global People & Culture team that’s ambitious, engaged, and leads with both heart and mind.

If you are drawn to opportunities where you can build, influence, and elevate — not just preserve — and champion success for both business and people, this is where you belong.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner with local and global leaders to align people priorities with business objectives, ensuring consistent and effective practices.
  • Shape and execute the People & Culture strategy in line with organizational goals, driving both growth and scalability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team to deliver high performance and impactful results.
  • Champion our values, embedding them into culture, policies, and daily practices that enable collaboration and trust.
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, DEI, and employer branding to position us as an employer of choice in a competitive market.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle — talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, succession planning, retention and offboarding.
  • Drive leadership development and learning initiatives that build strong managers, empower employees, and future-proof skills.
  • Ensure operational excellence in HR processes, compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
  • Establish strong employee relations practices, ensuring a fair, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
  • Shape organizational design, manage change, and plan workforce needs to support business transformation and growth.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to take informed decisions and track the impact of people initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strategic leadership: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, shape people strategy, and lead through transformation.
  • Business partnership: Skilled at coaching and advising leaders at all levels, with strong communication and collaboration across functions and regions.
  • People & culture expertise: Broad HR experience covering talent, performance, engagement, retention strategies, organizational development, and employer branding.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to leverage analytics and workforce insights to inform decisions and track impact.
  • Change leadership: Adaptability and problem-solving skills to guide the organization through growth and transformation.
  • Operational excellence: Experience building efficient, scalable processes while balancing global alignment with local needs.
  • Future focus: Knowledge of modern HR trends, digital transformation, and emerging tools like AI, with a commitment to innovation.
  • Inclusive leadership: Demonstrated commitment to strengthening culture, DEI, and employee engagement.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive leadership in People & Culture / HR, ideally in fast-paced, growth-focused, and international environments.
  • Prior relevant experience in the technology industry.
  • Strong international exposure, working across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Recognized HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent.

Discover the perks of working with us:

  • Competitive Compensation & Financial Security: Competitive pay, festive allowance, SSF.
  • Health and Wellness: Medical insurance for you and your family, fitness facilities, and well-being programs.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous leave policies, mandatory vacation, and a five-day work week.
  • Flexible Work Options: Work-from-home facility and company-provided meals.
  • Professional Growth: Learning & Development support, certifications, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Inclusive Culture: Diverse, international environment with a focus on equal opportunity.
  • Recognition: Reward and recognition programs.

Why you would love working at Logpoint:

We’re on a growth journey, we offer a challenging and exciting international work environment on the cutting edge of cybersecurity technology. We strive to deliver outstanding results in a positive, collaborative, and inclusive atmosphere with great opportunities for personal growth and development.

By design, we push to create a culture that is dynamic, positive, and contagious. Where each person can show up as their true self, knowing they are valued, heard, and respected.

Here at Logpoint, you won’t just be solving technical problems, but as a part of our diverse and passionate global team, you’ll be joining a company dedicated to shaping the future of cybersecurity solutions.
