We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our growing team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s market expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively approach and engage with potential customers in the assigned area.
Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Report daily sales activity and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
Participate in product promotions, in-store demos, and other field activities.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:School (SLC/ SEE)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field sales efficiently.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is a plus.
