We are looking for a Digital Platform Administrator to join our team at Trekking Planner, a leading travel and tour operator in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital platforms, ensuring seamless online booking experiences, and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update company website, booking portals, and digital platforms
Oversee online reservations, inquiries, and client communications
Maintain digital content including itineraries, blogs, images, and promotional material
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotions
Monitor and analyze online performance (traffic, leads, conversions)
Manage social media accounts with engaging content and timely updates
Ensure all digital platforms are secure, user-friendly, and up-to-date
Provide technical support and troubleshoot digital platform issues when required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital platforms, websites, or online booking systems

Skills Required:

Website management (WordPress/Booking platforms)
SEO and digital marketing knowledge
Social media handling (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/CapCut)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Note: Candidates with expertise in Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro will be given priority.
