Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals and website crawlability.
  • Perform keyword research, clustering, and content gap analysis.
  • Develop editorial calendars and pillar content strategies.
  • Measure ROI on content campaigns and repurpose content effectively.
  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns with dynamic and remarketing ads.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversions, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Create automated email workflows for segmentation and personalization.
  • Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and spam rates, optimizing campaigns.
  • Set up Google Analytics goals and events for advanced tracking.
  • Use tools like Google Data Studio to create performance dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
