Karobar is a leading digital ledger app used by 2Lakh+ small businesses in Nepal & Bangladesh to manage their accounting and inventory management needs. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in empowering small businesses through tech-enabled solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify current trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape in our Industry.
  • Analyze market data to identify areas for improvement execution.

2. Marketing Strategy and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and KPIs aligned with the company's objectives overall business strategies
  • Create a comprehensive content strategy and company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok and other media channels of Email marketing, SEO, ASO.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and Strategy on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Define target audiences, set marketing budgets, and monitor ad performance, providing reports on performance of processes and programs.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels

3. Campaign Design & Implementation:

  • Plan, Create and Execute highly effective marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media), ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize campaign workflows, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • A creative mindset that thrives on collaboration and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in storytelling through marketing.
  • Proficient in Marketing Tools & Platforms such as Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Design & Creative Tools, and Email Marketing Tools. 
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates the conception and execution of a variety of campaigns and initiatives.
