Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role requires an in depth knowledge of our platform and market goals. Also, familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures is a must to have quality. The specialist must possess good sense of judgment and be able to determine the perfect choice of Internet marketing strategy to undertake at any point in time to further shore up the image and boost the profit goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and execute digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and aspirations
  • Identify trends and Insights
  • Creation of digital content aligned with different units in-house (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Device experiments and conversion tests
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
  • Provide analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behaviour, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity
  • Establish Company web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social and online medias
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  •  Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Company
