We are seeking a digital expert to join the Marketing team as our Digital Marketing Specialist.

This is a full time position and the candidate will have to report to the Marketing Manager. He/she will have to work with our creative and passionate Marketing and Communications team to develop strategies and execute integrated, results-driven brand and lead generation campaigns for Third Rock Adventures across digital media, social networks, mobile and email channels. We will value your digital expertise to aid in the development of strategic, innovative and targeted campaigns that are integrated across multiple channels.

Job Description

Develop strategies and execute impactful, integrated brand and lead generation campaigns which elicit a response from a variety of audiences
Build brand awareness and increase engagement via multiple digital channels
Implement and manage digital marketing strategies incorporating Search and Content Marketing
Champion best practice across all digital output
Manage budget and bids for multiple platforms Facebook, Instagram YouTube, etc
Conduct, measure, and implement the results of A/B tests to optimise ad copy, design and targeting
Work with the wider marketing team to develop creative assets and content, and drive the creative roadmap
Prioritise growth marketing strategies based on revenue potential
Be in tune with industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that will increase efficiency and performance of our marketing efforts

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, pivot tables, reporting and data manipulation), and Outlook (email and calendar)
1 year + digital agency and/or industry experience with a focus on managing Paid Media campaigns
1+ years of experience delivering marketing campaigns using a marketing automation tool (Eloqua, Xactarget, Marketo, Adobe Campaigns or similar)
Experience in Content Creation for paid media, social media, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin including budget and bid management
High analytical and problem solving skills. Pull reports and extract compelling actionable insights to advice on strategy
Strategic thinker and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
SEO experience will be an advantage
High School Diploma / GED or higher
Understanding of digital marketing best practices
Experience using HTML coding to build web pages and email newsletter
Experience using a Content Management System to update a website (Sitecore, Adobe, or similar)
Ability to master new technologies
