Job Description

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce platforms (Daraz, etc.), and Google Ads.
Manage product listings, promotions, and pricing updates on online platforms.
Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional materials for campaigns.
Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to improve brand visibility and sales.
Coordinate with sales and management teams for online campaign planning.

Service:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty claims in coordination with the service team.
Maintain service records, job reports, and customer follow-ups.
Support technicians with spare parts arrangements and service schedules.
Ensure timely and quality after-sales service for customer satisfaction.
Coordinate between customers, dealers, and management to resolve service-related issues.
