Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant and attract customers.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for our  social media channels and other digital platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Generate ideas for content creation, including videos, photos, and graphics, to showcase our menu offerings, special promotions, events, and unique dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media channels and other digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify our digital marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
  • Assist with other marketing activities and projects as needed.
