Job Description

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and must have good English command language and also be able to handle customers. He or she needs to work at least from 2 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday).

Main Duties 

  • Must have a good command of the English language
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships with the relevant and responsible persons
  • Negotiating the terms and finalizing the contract between the company and the client
  • Interviewing Candidates and managing the interview process with the employers
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people with strong interpersonal skills
  • Winning new business from potential clients.
  • Business development and compliance management skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Carry out promotional activities as per the company's promotional plan/strategies
  • Database management of the customers
  • Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction
  • Interact with the clients to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
  • Deal with customer’s complaints and listen to some feedback to improve services
  • Ability to make digital marketing
