Job Description

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships with the relevant and responsible persons
  • Negotiating the terms and finalizing the contract between the company and the client
  • Interviewing Candidates and managing the interview process with the employers
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people with strong interpersonal skills
  • Winning new business from potential clients.
  • Business development and compliance management skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Carry out promotional activities as per the company's promotional plan/strategies
  • Database management of the customers
  • Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction
  • Interact with the clients to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
  • Deal with customers’ complaints and listen to some feedback to improve services
  • Ability to make digital marketing

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and able to handle customers. He or she needs to work at least from 2 PM to 10 PM (Monday to Friday).
