Maven Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Officer. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Create high-quality content for various digital platforms, social media, and email campaigns, including websites, blogs and more.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Oversee website maintenance, updates, and improvements and ensure a user-friendly, responsive online experience.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer, Website designer for daily operation
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Assist in organizing the seminar, including overseeing the overall design and coordinating with the team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Completed in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Familiarity with Business Suite / Facebook/ Instagram/ Tiktok / Capcut / Canva Tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
