Aligned Community Care (ACC)  is providing Support to People living with Disability since last 3 years. We are Australia based Disability Support Company with team of 150+ staff working from Australia and team of 15+ staff working from Overseas mainly from Nepal and Italy. 

 

We are an assisted or independent living care provider. We provide care to participants with highly complex needs and behavioural challenges, using a services model that is:

  • Strength-Based
  • Trauma Informed
  • Evidence Based

Some of the clinical strategies that we use at Aligned to facilitate a therapeutic environment for both staff and the people we support include:

  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Dialectical Behavioural support 

Some of the behaviours of concerns that Aligned support but are not limited to are: Suicide and Self-Harm, Aggression and Violence, Depression & Anxiety. Job Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns by developing content, including ads, videos, and articles across various platforms, including social media, search, email, websites and more.
  • Website management, design updates and continuous improvement- Candidate must be able to execute 100% of what is needed in day to day website management (which includes technical skill like WordPress, Graphic design , photo shops etc and also includes soft skill like being able to know what is the latest trends etc)
  • Social media management which includes below
    • Writing of creative and relative content
    • Formulating creative ideas of producing Videos – like how to capturing a good stories within ACC and placing these videos in Social media
      • Managing logistic of getting the Video done etc
    • Writing a professional article – disability industry related in Linked-in
    • Keep oneself updated with what is happening in disability industry in Australia and keeping the ACC Website and social media Up To Date with Latest Trend
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and experiment with new channels and campaign types to broaden content and paid-for campaign approaches.
  • Create and Manage Email marketing campaign
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including Social media marketing campaigns like Facebook , LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Manage and automate campaigns, finding innovative ways to engage and grow our customer base.
  • Analyse and interpret data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company brand goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports, inclusive of next-stage recommendations.
