As we grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our online presence and sales to the next level. 

Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and relationship-focused Digital Marketing Lead to manage and grow all aspects of Jiri Group’s digital marketing efforts. From influencer partnerships to e-commerce growth, you’ll be at the center of how our brand shows up online — shaping our story, boosting sales, and building meaningful relationships with our audience and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • E-Commerce Growth: Manage online sales channels (e.g. Daraz, JiriHealth Website) and drive conversions.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage affiliate programs and long-term influencer relationships.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Drive content strategy and manage a team to produce engaging, on-brand content that educates and connects.
  • Design Review & Branding: Oversee visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. Review graphic design and creative assets to ensure brand alignment and quality.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Be the face of Jiri within the wellness space. Build relationships with brand collaborators, creators, and health advocates to grow reach and relevance.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal team members and external vendors or freelancers. Guide creative direction and provide marketing leadership.
