Digital Marketing Manager :

Gorkha Flooring is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, and website optimisation.

This remote (WFH) role, based in Kathmandu, Nepal, is perfect for a performance-focused digital marketer who excels in creating high-converting campaigns, optimising landing pages, and driving quality leads for a growing Australian flooring business.

About the Role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full control of our digital lead generation strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring we attract, convert, and nurture high-quality leads.

Location: Work From Home (WFH) – Based in Kathmandu, Nepal
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

You will be responsible for executing and optimising paid ad campaigns, SEO strategies, and website conversions to drive sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Digital Strategy
Develop and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
Continuously optimise ad targeting, bidding strategies, and creative content to improve lead quality and reduce cost-per-acquisition
Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies to increase conversions
Track and analyse key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns in real-time for maximum ROI
Website & Landing Page Optimisation
Manage and optimise WordPress-based landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce lead drop-offs
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs for better lead conversion
Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance UX/UI and mobile-friendly experiences
SEO & Organic Lead Growth
Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic lead generation
Optimise website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve search rankings and visibility
Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and ensure best practices are followed
Data-Driven Performance Tracking
Use Google Analytics, heatmaps, and CRM data to measure lead quality and campaign performance
Provide regular reports and insights to refine marketing strategies and boost ROI
Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to accurately measure success

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and SEO
Proven experience in optimising paid campaigns for lead conversion
Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, landing page optimisation, and A/B testing
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnels
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret, and optimise campaign performance
Experience in home improvement, flooring, or retail industries is a plus but not required
Advantage if you can edit videos, graphics or social media posts but not essential.
