Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately generate leads and sales. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. 
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media ads, and display advertising. 
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. 
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. 
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on digital marketing performance and recommend strategies for optimization. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 

• 30K - 35K (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
