Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Zapp Services, you will be pivotal in driving the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, user/rider acquisition, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to implement and analyze marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Launch targeted digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve Tootle's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to engage with existing customers, promote referral programs, and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze website and app traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Develop a social media content calendar outlining posts, captions, and hashtags for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to enquiries and feedback.
  • Create and run social media ad campaigns to promote Tootle's unique selling propositions and referral programs.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth, and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Experience with content management systems and basic HTML
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
