Job Description

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Facilitate and encourage customer feedback through various digital channels.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, reviews, addressing concerns and showcasing positive feedback.
  • Coordinate with management and agency to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop compelling and shareable content for digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy in line with company goals.
