Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to meet our business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, display advertising, and PPC.
  • Develop compelling content, including copy, images, and videos, tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for website pages, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Optimize content for search engines and user experience, utilizing keyword research and on-page SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance content quality and relevance.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with followers.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
  • Segment email lists based on user characteristics and behavior to deliver personalized and targeted content.
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience 2+ years in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, social media trends, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
