Job Description

The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with the Head of Marketing, to define and monitor all our organic marketing channels. Our organic marketing channels include:

  • Website (Homepage, Campaign page)
  • CRM (App push, Newsletter)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Kaymu homepages across 3 different platforms - Desktop, Mobile Application, Mobile Website
  • Collaborate with the Category Teams to plan and execute CRM pushes (App pushes, Newsletters)
  • Visualise banner design ideas and execute it with the assistance of the Graphic Design Team
  • Monitoring campaign performance (views, clicks, conversions) and the performance of CRM channels
  • Generate ideas for new campaigns
  • Clearly defining the objectives and target audiences for each campaign and aligning the campaign messaging accordingly
  • Research and analyze e-commerce trends and recommend as well as implement changes to marketing strategies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Visual intelligence skills. Able to visualise design ideas that are coherent with campaign objectives
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with an international team
  • Excellent analytical skills. Able to analyse a problem by breaking it down into its basics and building a solution back up.
  • Proactive. Initiates new ideas
  • Team player
