Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to assist in developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms and a strong desire to contribute to the company's online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Manage and monitor company websites and landing pages for SEO, updates, and performance tracking.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Oversee and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROI, CPC, etc.) using analytics tools.
• Coordinate content creation (text, image, and video) and scheduling across social media platforms.
• Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Maintain and grow email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.
• Manage CRM tools and remarketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing goals with business objectives.

• Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity (for heatmaps and session tracking)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development is a plus.
