Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to assist in developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms and a strong desire to contribute to the company's online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Manage and monitor company websites and landing pages for SEO, updates, and performance tracking.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
Oversee and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROI, CPC, etc.) using analytics tools.
Coordinate content creation (text, image, and video) and scheduling across social media platforms.
Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Maintain and grow email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.
Manage CRM tools and remarketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Ads)
Facebook Business Manager
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Search Console
SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest (for SEO & keyword research)
Mailchimp / Sendinblue (for Email Marketing)
Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (for creatives)
WordPress / Wix (Website and landing page management)
AI tools (for content assistance and automation)
Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Freshsales (CRM & Lead Management)
Google Tag Manager
Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity (for heatmaps and session tracking)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development is a plus.
