Job Purpose: Digital Marketing Associate

Moware is seeking a creative, vivid and energetic Digital Marketing Associate to conceptualize, implement and drive the social media strategy. As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading various aspects of digital marketing.

Responsibilities 

Social Media: 

  • Leading creative campaigns, ensuring we are continually developing the most engaging & cutting-edge content/ visuals for all platforms to inspire interaction from our followers.
  • Devising & executing Social Media strategies to grow overall audience & engagement on Instagram, Facebook & Youtube profiles.
  • Building social media communities around our brand and help us grow our presence via community engagement
  • Developing and implementing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and values.
  • Drafting and editing communications copy (e.g. press release, blogs, social media posts).
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for social media campaigns, website and offline events
  • Planning and executing marketing strategies and sales initiatives, including coordinating campaigns, managing social media presence, and organizing promotional events
  • Planning and executing content calendar based on relevancy, important dates to drive engagement.

Website management:

  • Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all website content
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Monitor website performance, functionality, and usability, and address any issues or bugs promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify outdated or broken links, images, and other content, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with web developers and IT support to implement website updates, upgrades, and enhancements.

Requirements: 

  • Passionate about social change and environment protection.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven design experience.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or other relevant CMS or website building platforms.
  • Knowledge in design and editing software including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or related field is preferred.
