Job Description 

• Maintain the organization's social media profiles and ensure consistent branding.
• Create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines and target audience.
• Collaborate with Sales and dealers to provide digital marketing materials that meet promotional needs.
• Work with external agencies and the Marketing Communications team to develop and execute campaigns.
• Visit dealerships to train on digital marketing strategies for effective brand promotion.
• Manage the organization's website, mobile app, and digital assets for updates and optimization.
• Generate innovative digital marketing ideas through brainstorming and industry trend analysis.
• Participate in cross-brand promotional activities to expand reach and visibility.
• Pursue collaborations with brands that align with the organization's values for mutual promotion.
• Analyze social media and website metrics to optimize marketing strategies and engagement.
• Research trending keywords and topics to incorporate into digital marketing efforts.
• Develop a comprehensive content calendar with the Digital Agency and Marketing Communications team for timely posts and updates.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing & Communication Department. 
• Completion of at least 3 months of digital marketing courses covering topics such as Social Media Management, Google Ads (Search Network & Display Network), Google Analytics and basics of Search Engine Optimization (keyword research, link-building essentials, content planning, and search trends).
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel as required.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop (Ps) and Illustrator (Ai).
