Job Description

Maintain the organization's social media profiles and ensure consistent branding.
Create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines and target audience.
Collaborate with Sales and dealers to provide digital marketing materials that meet promotional needs.
Work with external agencies and the Marketing Communications team to develop and execute campaigns.
Visit dealerships to train on digital marketing strategies for effective brand promotion.
Manage the organization's website, mobile app, and digital assets for updates and optimization.
Generate innovative digital marketing ideas through brainstorming and industry trend analysis.
Participate in cross-brand promotional activities to expand reach and visibility.
Pursue collaborations with brands that align with the organization's values for mutual promotion.
Analyze social media and website metrics to optimize marketing strategies and engagement.
Research trending keywords and topics to incorporate into digital marketing efforts.
Develop a comprehensive content calendar with the Digital Agency and Marketing Communications team for timely posts and updates.

Job Specifications:

Minimum 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing & Communication Department.
Completion of at least 3 months of digital marketing courses covering topics such as Social Media Management, Google Ads (Search Network & Display Network), Google Analytics and basics of Search Engine Optimization (keyword research, link-building essentials, content planning, and search trends).
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel as required.
Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop (Ps) and Illustrator (Ai).
