• Build, grow, and manage LN’s digital, social, and traditional media presence
• Monitors and manages the company’s digital media profile and presence. Includes Website, Blog, eBlasts, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels deemed relevant
• Responds to comments, inquiries and engages in relevant social media discussions about LN, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers as well as new audiences
• Implements strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic
• Run regular digital promotions and campaigns, track, measure, analyze all initiatives and be prepared to provide weekly reporting to all stakeholders
• Monitor key industry pages and sites to identify opportunities, respond to issues, contribute to the conversation, share relevant information, and maintain brand presence
• Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects
