Department: Growth and Marketing

Role Overview:

School Sherpa is looking for a Digital Growth Manager to lead our digital growth, B2C lead generation, brand positioning, and social media presence.

The role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn digital visibility into real business. This person will be responsible for driving inquiries, improving online conversions, managing campaigns, strengthening School Sherpa’s digital brand, and building a strong social media and content function.

The right candidate must be both creative and commercially focused, someone who can build the brand while also driving measurable sales outcomes.

What does the Digital Growth Manager Need to Do?

1. Drive Digital Sales and B2C Growth:

Generate qualified B2C leads through digital channels.
Plan and execute growth campaigns that drive inquiries, consultations, and sales.
Manage digital acquisition channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Work closely with the partnership team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Track the customer journey from first interaction to final conversion.
Identify new opportunities to increase digital sales and customer acquisition.

2. Manage Social Media and Digital Brand Presence:

Lead School Sherpa’s social media strategy across relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and manage content calendars and campaign calendars.
Oversee posting, engagement, community building, and performance tracking.
Build School Sherpa’s digital positioning as a trusted education guidance brand.
Ensure all social media content is consistent, relevant, and aligned with the brand.
Produce and guide innovative content that parents, students, schools, and educators can engage with.

3. Manage Paid Campaigns and Conversion Funnels:

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns.
Manage paid campaigns, organic content, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel refinement.
Track key metrics such as leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, engagement, website/app traffic, and revenue contribution.
Use performance data to improve campaign strategy and execution.

4. Lead Content, Campaigns, and Market Expansion:

Create and execute campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, market entry, and expansion.
Collaborate with content, email, product, and sales teams to create a unified customer experience.
Research trends and customer behavior to identify relevant content and campaign opportunities.
Analyze how content performs online and how much traffic it drives to the website or app.
Use insights from data and customer feedback to improve campaigns and customer engagement.

5. Understand Customers and Improve Experience:

Collect and act on feedback from parents, students, schools, and teachers.
Understand customer needs, concerns, and expectations.
Support customer loyalty by shaping communication around user needs.
Use customer insights to improve messaging, content, campaigns, and user journeys.

6. Build and Manage the Digital Team:

Manage designers, video editors, content creators, freelancers, agencies, and other digital partners.
Build strong workflows for content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
Provide clear direction, feedback, and priorities to creative and digital team members.
Ensure consistent execution across social media, paid ads, email, website/app, and other digital channels.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Professional certifications in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing.

Experience Requirement:

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Proven experience generating B2C leads and sales through digital channels.
Experience managing paid campaigns, organic campaigns, and conversion funnels.
Experience creating and executing content and campaign calendars.
Experience working with or managing designers, video editors, content creators, freelancers, or agencies.
Experience in education, edtech, schools, admissions, parenting, coaching, or B2C service businesses will be an advantage.

The Right Candidate Should Be:

Creative but data-driven.
Strong at execution, not just planning.
Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and accountability.
Able to understand and empathize with schools, parents, students, and teachers.
Capable of building School Sherpa’s digital brand while also driving inquiries and sales.

Strong digital marketing and growth marketing skills.
Strong social media management skills.
Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and digital funnels.
Ability to generate B2C leads and support sales growth.
Strong branding, positioning, and audience targeting knowledge.
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to read data, track KPIs, and make decisions based on performance.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Creativity in campaign ideas, content formats, and customer engagement.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
Good project management and execution skills.
Ability to remain flexible, versatile, and focused on the bigger picture.
Strong ownership, accountability, and speed of execution.
