TechSkills is an IT training and professional development institute committed to empowering individuals with industry-relevant digital and technology skills. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive student engagement through innovative campaigns.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall digital marketing and brand strategy for TechSkills.
Manage and grow TechSkills’ social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create monthly content plans, social media schedules, and campaign calendars.
Create engaging short-form videos, promotional videos, social media posts, advertisements and student success stories.
Write or review advertising copy, captions, website content, email campaigns and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, mentors, and other team members to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest digital marketing, branding, content, and social media trends.
Build and maintain relationships with brand partners, ambassadors, influencers, content creators, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Hands-on experience with content strategy, social media marketing, and digital branding.
Practical experience using AI tools for digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Experience with CRM platforms, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, project management, and team coordination abilities.
Ability to independently create and appear in engaging video content.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines effectively.
