Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and technically-driven DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and secure our next-generation cloud infrastructure. We want someone who views Infrastructure as Code as a standard, not an option, and who is passionate about creating seamless, "one-click" deployment experiences. If you are a problem-solver who thrives on optimizing CI/CD pipelines and orchestrating containerized environments, you’ll fit right in.

Roles and Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Automation

Research and manage cloud platforms like AWS, including compute (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3, EBS), network (VPC, Load Balancer, CloudFront), messaging/queueing (SQS, SNS), and identity & access services (IAM)
Write modular, reusable, and pluggable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud infrastructure and service provisioning like Terraform, Cloudformation, etc
Plan and implement scalable and secure deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, etc.)
Develop and manage containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes

Monitoring, Observability & Scaling

Monitor production systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana or Datadog
Identify production bottlenecks and propose improvements in system distribution and workload balancing

Security & Compliance

Research, assess, and implement best practices for security and compliance

Team & Collaboration

Analyze existing DevOps and product development processes, identifying improvements in workflow, tooling, and collaboration
Actively bridge gaps between engineering, QA, product, and other cross-functional teams

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a basic understanding of the others
Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, EC2, Elastic Load Balancers, CloudFront, SQS, SNS, and SES
Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or similar
Experience with container platforms and orchestration tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling (Helm, Istio, Cilium, etc.)
Strong problem-solving abilities, documentation skills, and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with budget optimization strategies
Exposure to GitOps workflows and tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD)
Experience with related tools like Helm, Linkerd, etc
Experience with self managed Gitlab
