Required Skills/Competencies :

• Follow agile principles and processes including (but not limited to) standup meetings, sprints and retrospectives. 
• Proficient in standard graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc 
• Knowledge in multimedia software such as Adobe premiere, After effect, etc
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design that meet client needs and vision 
• Proficient of graphics and design fundamentals
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity or the ability to learn and adapt to current trends and best practices
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative environment with a proactive attitude
