The Nepal branch of Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. is the EPC Contractor of 216 MW Upper Trishuli-1 Hydropower Plant Project at Rasuwa district in the Central Development Region of Nepal and is seeking to recruit talented individual who are ready to join us on the journey towards a new era of eco-friendly energy. This UT-1 project is a run-of-river scheme on the Trishuli River approximately 70 km north of Kathmandu. The project is being developed by Nepal Water and Energy Development Company Pvt. Ltd., a company established with participation from Korea South-East Power Company, Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation, financial investor International Finance Corporation and the local partner. Design Engineer shall be responsible for civil design and civil drawing, conducting meetings in relation with the technical matters. S/he shall coordinate and solve the technical matters with the Owner and Subcontractors, manage & prepare any letters, documents relevant to drawings, calculation sheet issues, etc. Communicate with other teams within the project providing technical advice when required as well as understanding and execution of EPC contract (FEDIC). S/he shall also be responsible for conducting reviews of project schedule and construction method during the execution of the project.
